Dr. Doumbia-Henry is an international lawyer, a global leader on maritime law, labour standards and labour law, and law of international organizations. She is an international advocate for sustainability and innovation. She became the first woman President and the first from a developing country of the World Maritime University.

Oded is a retired Navy Commander with over 40 years' naval and maritime experience. He served over a decade in the Israeli Navy, in various combatant and operational positions. His background includes numerous positions in the Israeli Navy as well as in the Israeli defense industry, gaining knowledge and understanding of maritime challenges.

Mona Swoboda designs, implements, and monitors high-impact port development programs and provides targeted technical assistance with special emphasis on a comprehensive port system, including logistics, port security measures, disaster risk management, and sustainable and inclusive policies with gender equality.

Bogdan has been working for the European Union Cooperation and Development since 2009 and is presently leading the Green Economy and Resilience team to the EU Regional Delegation in Bridgetown, covering Barbados, the OECS countries and the CARICOM/CARIFORUM region.

Vivian is an Attorney at Law with over 20 years' experience in Maritime law, international environmental law, corporate governance and commercial law. She has been affiliated with The University of Trinidad and Tobago since 2007. During this time she has developed degrees and courses that are specifically designed to fuel the development of the local and regional maritime industry.

Darwin is the manager of the Antigua & Barbuda Port Authority. He is responsible for implementing improvements in trade facilitation at port level, enhancing the quality of the services delivered, improving efficiency, reducing risks, reducing costs, trying to streamline the process and deliver the benefits of containerization.
