He has a solid background in managing international projects, bids, and purchases both with the private sector, as well as the government. By considering each customer’s requirements and by applying his extensive knowledge of current trends and developments in the international marine market, Avi provides specific solutions rather than simply products.

Tansal is a director at Alixum Int. Ltd., with years of experience in designing and delivering security and intelligent building infrastructure in the region and a track record of serving the Caribbean market for over a decade, CSS has served clients in over 10 islands across a range of industries. Tansal is currently the Honorary Consul General of Turkey in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Vice Chairman of America Region Committee, World Turkish Business Council and a Director at AmCham Barbados.

Neil is a director at Alixum International Ltd. His core responsibility is finding and engaging large commercial sales opportunities in the Caribbean. Neil is a dynamic results-driven partner seeing projects through from concept to delivery to completion. Having designed, supplied, and installed to large new-construction and service projects from Cayman and Jamaica in the Northern Caribbean down to Trinidad and Guyana, Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire in the South, Neil has experience in the most complex specialty projects to take place in the region.

Karen has a degree in law and is actively involved with procurement activities within the Caribbean region. She is skilled at working closely with suppliers and clients to maintain the satisfactory delivery of goods and services, and keeping costs as low as possible. Her analytical and problem solving skills make her a vital part of our team and she is fluent in English and Spanish with a working knowledge of Portuguese.

Soli coordinates business development activities at Alixum, including outreach and marketing initiatives. She is fluent in English, Greek, Turkish, French, and German, and has a working knowledge of Dutch and Hebrew, which is essential for international communication and technical translations. She has completed a Master's degree in Applied Coastal and Marine Management at University College Cork in Ireland. With specific interests in the marine field, she is a crucial part of our team.
